		<description>Well done!  really good music. We arrived rather late at the FEAST, however what we heard over the street noise as we approached and when we were there sounded good.</description>

		<description>There was a moment in the evening when I had qualms. I suddenly realised how much we were asking of Eric, the chef, whose day job involves cooking in the privacy of a restaurant kitchen and not in front of a crowd of around 50 folk watching his every move.  

But he did it beautifully even though he later confessed to Kimho that he had trouble stopping his hands shaking.  

&quot;In Singapore, they have robots doing this bit,&quot; said someone next to me.  I don&#039;t know what the robots stuff taste like but we all agreed Eric&#039;s hand-made food was fantastic! And judging by the look on his face when the band began to play, he enjoyed the night too.</description>
