		<description>Well done!  really good music. We arrived rather late at the FEAST, however what we heard over the street noise as we approached and when we were there sounded good.</description>

		<description>There was a moment in the evening when I had qualms. I suddenly realised how much we were asking of Eric, the chef, whose day job involves cooking in the privacy of a restaurant kitchen and not in front of a crowd of around 50 folk watching his every move.  

But he did it beautifully even though he later confessed to Kimho that he had trouble stopping his hands shaking.  

"In Singapore, they have robots doing this bit," said someone next to me.  I don't know what the robots stuff taste like but we all agreed Eric's hand-made food was fantastic! And judging by the look on his face when the band began to play, he enjoyed the night too.</description>
